Today, Centurion Boats and Boardstock announced that Boardstock 2005 will be held August 19-21, 2005 at the Konocti Harbor Resort on Clear Lake in Kelseyville, California. This is the tenth anniversary of the Boardstock Wake and Music festival and is set to be the largest ever. Once again Centurion Boats has signed on to be the official towboat of Boardstock and all Boardstock events.
Boardstock 2005 has every thing a wakesport enthusiast could ever want in an event. Non-stop excitement and action all weekend will fill each and every bit of your time. This year Boardstock 2005 not only features professional freestyle Motocross and the World Wakesurfing Championship but also the WWA World Series of Wakeboarding and Live Major Music talents presented by Konocti harbor Resort.
WWA World Series of Wakeboarding: Boardstock is now an official stop for the WWA World Series of Wakeboarding Tour featuring the absolute best riders in the world competing for big money and the top title in the wakeboarding world. Centurion Boats will be the official towboat of this WWA World Series tour stop.
World Wakesurfing Championship: For the second year in a row, Boardstock will host the World Wakesurfing Championship where the best surfers, wakeboarders, skimboarders, and skateboarders come together and tear it up on the never ending wave created by a Centurion. Professional Freestyle Motocross: Motocross exhibitions have become a marquis exhibition for Boardstock. Last year Ronnie Renner, Brian Deegan and the rest of the gang lit the crowd up. Once again this year the biggest names in motocross will be on hand to display their skills at Boardstock.
Konocti Harbor Live Music: Konocti Harbor Resort has produced thousands of concerts, featuring some of the biggest names in music. Boardstock 2005 promises to carry on the tradition in style, with major headline concerts throughout the weekend. These concerts and room packages as well as other entertainment and Boardstock information will be announced in the near future.
