In our continual effort to make shopping online easier and educate riders out there, has added live customer help where you can simply click a button located at the top of each web page and ask your questions directly to one of BoardStop's shop employees.

The live support is often being manned by experts like Pat McCarthy of, or Dave Barousse of

Look for the black "Live Chat" button in the upper right hand corner of each page of If the button says "Online", there is someone there to chat with, if it says "Offline", you can leave a message to have someone contact you as soon as possible.

We'll talk to you soon.
