BoardStop.com Adds Live Shop Employee Help

PRESS RELEASE

One of the main problems when shopping online for wakeboarding equipment is missing out on the personal interaction with a knowledgeable wakeboard shop employee. With BoardStop.com's new live support, you won't be missing out.

Wakeboarding product descriptions aren't perfect, and they often leave you with specific questions you'd like to ask, but when browsing a web site you just don't have someone there like you do when you're walking around in a shop. Sure, you can find a contact form or pick up the phone, but that can be an inconvenience.

In our continual effort to make shopping online easier and educate riders out there, BoardStop.com has added live customer help where you can simply click a button located at the top of each web page and ask your questions directly to one of BoardStop's shop employees.

Ask questions about boards, bindings, boat accessories, or clothes. You can ask if products are in stock, which product would be best for you, or simply ask for some tips on various wakeboard tricks if you'd like!

The live support is often being manned by experts like Pat McCarthy of Wakeboarder.com, or Dave Barousse of Wakeskating.com.

Look for the black "Live Chat" button in the upper right hand corner of each page of BoardStop.com. If the button says "Online", there is someone there to chat with, if it says "Offline", you can leave a message to have someone contact you as soon as possible.

We'll talk to you soon.
