MARYVILLE, Tennessee - Skier’s Choice, Inc., manufacturer of Supra and Moomba inboard boats, is pleased to announce that pro wakeboarder Trevor Hansen has joined Team Supra, which sponsors some of the top wakeboarders in the world.
Hansen, 19, will join a team of riders including Emily Copeland, Josh Sanders and Rob Struharik. A Florida native, Hansen has been wakeboarding for seven years and is in his fourth season as a pro. He has competed in the U.S. Nationals, Worlds, U.S. Open, X-Cup, and the Vans Triple Crown. Most recently, he took third place in the Orlando Pro Tour.
“We are very excited to have Trevor join our team,” says Skier’s Choice Director of Marketing Jay Warren. “Despite his young age, Trevor has shown a great deal of professionalism on and off the water. He will be an asset to the team as well as a great representative of Supra.”
As a member of Team Supra, Hansen will train behind a Supra Launch SSV. "I’ve had the opportunity to ride behind several different boats and I’m excited to finally have the opportunity to ride behind the Launch SSV," says Hansen.
Skier’s Choice is located in Maryville, Tennessee and is a privately owned company. It manufactures two lines of boats: Supra, the leading luxury line of wakeboard and ski boats, and Moomba, which focuses on providing "the best bang for the buck" in the market.
