Girls Learn To Ride Weekend at Texas Ski Ranch
 
LAGUNA BEACH, Calif. -- Op Girls Learn To Ride, the original series of girls-only action sports clinics, today announced the "Op GLTR All-Female Weekend" at the Texas Ski Ranch in New Braunfels, Texas, set to take place this Memorial Day Weekend, May 28-31, 2004. The clinics will include lessons in skateboarding, wakeboarding, bmx and motocross, as well as a luau and other special events.

Op GLTR clinics, taught by top professional athletes, provide hands-on training with an emphasis on safety and skill development, enabling participants to learn all of the basic skills necessary to ride responsibly and enjoy the sport. The Op GLTR ³All-Female Weekend² will provide instruction for all skill levels ­ from beginner to advanced ­ in skateboarding, bmx riding, wakeboarding and motocross. Instruction will be provided by top athletes in each sport, including pro-wakeboarder Charley Patterson and his Mission2Ride team, motocross experts from the Women's Motocross Association, professional skateboarders and freestyle bmx experts from the Women of Freestyle.

The Texas Ski Ranch is the largest action sports facility in Central Texas, providing visitors with a cable ­wakeboarding lake, motocross track, skateboarding and bmx park, a private boat lake for wakeboarding, restaurant bar and grill, pro shop and more.
