Body Glove International has recently signed two of the sport's best professional wakeboarders in Randy Harris and Darin Shapiro. Each rider has signed a long-term wetsuit sponsorship agreement.
Harris, 22, trains at Canyon Lake, CA and is widely known for his progressive riding style and huge grabs. Randy is the leader of the West Coast wakeboarding world and some competitive highlights include Top 20 in the 2001 Worlds with a broken arm, fifth in the 2002 Nationals and numerous Expression Session victories.
Randy is the owner of Alpha Enterprises and West Side Riders Entertainment. Randy has many video appearances including Natural Born Thrillaz, Switch, Mayday, My House and has appeared in numerous magazine profiles and covers. Randy's current sponsors include GB Wakeboards, Black Flys, California Correct Craft, Scary Kid Skateboards, Collective Development, Correct Craft, Third Rail Clothing, and Chipper Beef Jerky.
Shapiro, 29, from Orlando, Florida was recently described as the most decorated man in wakeboarding history. Competitive achievements are far too many to list here but some highlights include Six Time World Tour Champ, Wakeboard World Champ 2001, 1999, 1998 and X-Games Champ in 1998 and 2000.
Darin is currently sponsored by No Fear, Malibu Boats, Obrien Wakeboards, Freestyle watches, Smith sunglasses, Skylon, Nevin ropes, Globe shoes, and Rainbow fins.
