INT is adding another dimension to their progressive program. In an effort to stay on the cutting edge of the wakeboard industry, INT is going to offer a new division for the distinguished rider with mad skills. "It is very simple, wakeboarding is no longer a new sport," says an INT wakeboard committee representative. "Most of the outstanding riders back in the day are still outstanding riders, but are now over the age of 30. They might not necessarily be able to ride with the younger talent, but can still kick it with riders their own age."
The new division is for riders over the age of 30 who are throwing advanced to outlaw level tricks. These are the guys who remember when wakeboards didn't have twin tips and are still riding hard. This division is intended to give mature riders a forum in which they can compete against riders of their same high caliber without having to compete with the younger crew.
