CWB and Wakeboarder.com bring you the Diamonds Are Forever Contest
This is a contest for women! The winner gets a trip to Northern California to spend a full day with the Hoffman girls. Learn from the pro's on how to improve your riding skills. Both Raequel and Shawna Hoffman are great riders that are hooked on the sport, have fun on the water and you will enjoy the time with them.
Men can enter the contest for their 'better half', just so there is no confusion, a woman takes the trip. Women riders are the fastest growing segment of our sport and they deserve their own contest. All the prizes will focus on our 2008 CWB Diamond Series of women's boards, boots, vests, clothing. After your trip, the winner will be featured in an article in Wakeboarder.com and interviewed about your experiences.

Contest Rules & Entry Forms:
Deadline-July 31, 2008. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Entries for this contest are accepted only online. To enter, visit www.Ridecwb.com or www.Wakeboarder.com. Complete, and submit the online entry form. Online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of the entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Eligibility:
The contest is open to all legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, and residents of Canada. Void where otherwise prohibited by law. If a person is chosen that is under 18 years of age, they must have a guardian travel with them and the costs of the guardian will not be covered by Wakeboarder.com or CWB.
Employees or agents of CWB and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/ promotional agencies, members of the immediate family of such employees and persons living in the same household of such employees/ agents are ineligible to participate.
Winning Entries:
Submitted entries will be drawn randomly on July 31st, 2008 at CWB Board Co. headquarters in Lynnwood, WA.
Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes on prize are winners' responsibility.
The winners will be announced on our website as entries are chosen, as well as notified personally via phone or email. If winner is notified by e-mail, the winner must reply with all contact information requested within five (5) days from the date notification e-mail was sent, or another winner may be selected. Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within 14 days of receipt. In the event of noncompliance within 14 days, an alternate winner may be selected. Winner selection is under the supervision of Sponsor, whose decisions are final.
By acceptance of prize, winner allows use of their name, photograph or other likeness, testimonial and other biographical information for any and all purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, trade and/or promotion on behalf of Sponsor, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to use entrant's submitted information for marketing and promotion purposes subject to Sponsor's privacy policies unless prohibited by law. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
Prizes will be distributed in a timely manner at the conclusion of the competition.
Terms and Agreement:
Sponsor is not obligated or responsible for (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer, human or technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv) any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize. Sponsor, in their sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion or otherwise violating these rules. If Sponsor determines, in its respective discretion, that technical difficulties or unforeseen events outside their control compromise the integrity or viability of the promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to void entries at issue, modify the promotion and/or terminate the relevant portion of the promotion.
Neither CWB Board Co. or Wakeboarder.com, nor any participating prize partners, telephone network, or service provider, is responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, ISP/network/Web site accessibility or availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void.
By participating, entrants agree to release CWB Board Co. and Wakeboarder.com, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, costs or expenses or damages to persons or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death and/or property damages, of any kind caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities. By accepting prize, winner(s) grant to CWB the use of his/her name, address (city, state), likeness, photograph, voice and statements by winner (provided they are true) regarding Sweepstakes or CWB and Wakeboarder.com for advertising/publicity purposes in all media, without further compensation or permission except where prohibited by law. The winners agree that CWB has neither made nor is responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, relating to the prize.
