New Tigé Z1 Reaps Rave Reviews For Performance, Style
Abilene, Texas - October 31, 2007 - The 2008 Tige' Z1 has received rave reviews from customers and dealers throughout the world. The all new Z1 is a 21' V–drive that delivers outstanding overall performance including an exceptional ride, responsive handling and superior multi–sport wake characteristics.
WakeBoarding Magazine test drove the Z1 and reported, "The Z1's sharp styling lines, nimble handling and clean wakes will attract a lot of attention - and new riders - in '08."
Tige' Owner Tim Roberts from Houston, Texas got a chance to surf behind the Z1 at the Texas Tige' Owner's Reunion and was excited. "We didn't put any ballast in the boat and the sweet spot is on both sides, two of us surfed on either side of the boat at the same time!" He also said that it only took the driver about five seconds to get the surf wake built up.
At Redline Water Sports Demo Day in Canada on October 28th, local Tige' owner Korgae Scales got a chance to drive the Z1. "I gotta tell you this boat looks good on the water! I think Tige' hit a home run on the look of the boat inside and out. It is much different than anything we are used to," said Korgae. "The boat had no ballast and there were only two of us in the boat with TAPS2 on 5 at 21 mph and the wake looked great!"

The patented Tige' ConvexV hull with TAPS2 technology allows Z1 drivers to transition from a faint slalom type wake to an ample wakeboarding wake in just seconds.
