Ride, hang and be merry in Florida sun

The 3rd Annual Supra/Moomba Jamboree is an all-day event with only a small donation per boat to Lake Louisa State Park as an entry fee. While attendees aren't riding a killer Moomba or Supra wake, a barbecue lunch will be provided. Along with great food and good friends, the Jamboree is often attended by Supra’s pro staff. "It's not every day one gets the chance to socialize and be happy with others who have the same interest," said Bob Campbell of Watersports of Central Florida, the host of this year's jamboree. "We are on year three of the event. Each year the event grows. We look forward to seeing 100 or more Moomba and Supra owners at this year's event."

"It's important for Supra/Moomba owners, riders and potential consumers to get together and experience the lifestyle as a group," said Michael Littman, Skier's Choice Marketing Director. "It's like our own SEC Championship weekend...except we're obsessed with wakeboarding and boating, not with cheerleaders and first downs. Well, at least not the first downs."

While the Jamboree is held in Florida, Skier's Choice encourages boat owners from the southeast to attend. "Bob Campbell really puts on a fabulous event. For one weekend we can all forget that we are Vols, Bulldogs or Gamecocks...and just be a happy group of Supra and Moomba owners."

Those who attend the jamboree will automatically be entered to win various door prizes and commemorative giveaways. If interested in staying overnight, Lake Louisa State Park Cabins are perfect for the weekend events. Cabin reservations can be made by calling 1-800-326-3521.

To RSVP for the jamboree, please call Bob Campbell of Watersports of Central Florida at (407) 324-9336.
