Acworth, Ga. - Fans packed the shores of Lake Allatoona at Dallas Landing Park today to catch the final rounds of action at the MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour stop in Acworth, Ga. The sport's top pros spent the day battling it out behind the MasterCraft X-Star for wins in the Jr. Pro Men, Pro Women and Pro Men's divisions.
Wake The Line 2011
On Saturday June 18th, 2011 the biggest wakeboard and wakeskate event of all times takes place at the legendary stadium pool in Cologne/Germany. The best boat and cable riders of the world battle for the world champion title and $30,000 in prize money. Shawn Watson, Shane Bonifay, Nico von Lerchenfeld und Kevin Henshaw will chase the previous years winner Raph Derome through the gnarliest obstacle setup that UNIT Parktech has ever built. The admission is free for the first 6.000 spectators. Those who dont wanna stand behind closed doors can get a VIP-ticket and receive access to the UNIT Parktech Signature Lounge. Rookie Impresses at Acworth Pro Tour Qualifiers
Acworth, Ga. - The MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour, presented by Rockstar Energy Drink officially kicked off its 20th season today, as riders from around the world gathered at Dallas Landing Park in the greater Atlanta area of Acworth, Ga. for the first contest of the five-city circuit. The Acworth tour stop, which continues through Saturday, May 21, opened with qualifying rounds for the Pro Men's division.
