Pros: Very supportive, not too bad to enter in when broken and using binding lube, good looking (not that it's a big factor anyway)
Cons: Laces are hard to tighten, plastic thingie doesnt lock the laces right, hard to break in, baseplate not super stiff

I think these bindings are cool, they're not the best in the world, but I got them mounted on my bord only for $100 more with the package deal, so I think that upgrading from sandal bindings to this for $100 is great! Oh and BTW, I've got the 2002 model, but I think it's pretty much the same as the 2003 model.
