I bought one for my 1 year old and it fits him perfectly. It has both the belt clips and the zipper which makes me feel like he's in there safer.
Furthermore when he is in the water with it on he turns onto his back automatically so I don't even have to hold him.
The neoprene is very soft and comfortable for the baby and breaths enough to let him stay cool in the sun.
