The latest news from binding manufacturer Collective Development is that Randall "The Vandal" Harris has recently signed a two year contract to join the CD team. Harris will get a signature series binding in the deal, but we won't see them on the market until the 2004 season. With new CD bindings on top of his new pro model Gator Board, look for Harris to be showcasing some of his West Coat flavor in 2003.
