Lenoir City, TN - Malibu Boats takes over as the sponsor for one of Tennessee's best on/off water entertainment events. Lenoir City’s Rockin’ the Docks will bring the sounds of live music back to the Lenoir City Cove on May 28-29. After Rockin on the River 2003 cancelled their August show, Aaron Snukals contacted the original folks who started the event. Steve Harrelson, Lenoir City Parks and Recreation, Tony Hale, Fort Loudon Marina, Chris Wampler, Carriage Hill Insurance and Aaron Snukals, Media & Event Marketing, met and decided the event must keep going! - In steps Malibu Boats!
This event looks to break in the summer with a bang! There will be bands playing on the shores and on floating docks. In addition, there will be several sponsor booths(Shadrack Watersports) and media outlets. Come by boat or come by land - this event is located to suit all who enjoy the water and music!
