Mastercraft Partners With New Schools and West Coast Tour
Vonore, TN - MasterCraft is gearing up for summer, adding 3 new ski schools and 1 new wakeboard clinic series to an already long list of company sponsored watersports affiliates.
This summer McCormick's Ski School (www.skimccormick.com/), Texas Ski Ranch (www.texasskiranch.com) and Texas MasterCraft (www.texasmastercraft.com) will be the latest water sports camps to offer instruction exclusively behind MasterCraft boats. McCormicks has been training some of the best skiers in the world since 1956. Texas Ski Ranch and Texas MasterCraft are both new ski schools, offering a wide range of instruction for beginners to pros.
MasterCraft is also sponsoring Brian Francis' West Coast Wakeboard Tour (www.thewestcoasttour.com) this summer in conjunction with Chevrolet and GM Vortec Engines (www.gmvortec.com). Francis, the 2001 Men’s Open World Wakeboard Champion and MasterCraft’s newest Team Rider, will be traveling to MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour stops and MasterCraft dealerships from April to August giving clinics. Best of all, he'll be offering instruction behind the actual MasterCraft Pro Wakeboard Tour X-Star, allowing riders across the nation to experience the same wakes the pros jump on tour and at the X-Games.
"We work with a lot of water ski and wakeboard camps to expose as many people to our product as possible," says Aarne Clow, MasterCraft’s Team and Event Manager. "Supporting these camps and having our athletes teach clinics gets people behind the boat. Once you've skied behind a MasterCraft, you won't want to ski behind anything else."
