NMMA Recognizes Indmar with Fourth Consecutive CSI Award

Millington, TN ~ Indmar Marine Engine owners and the NMMA continue to applaud Indmar for their outstanding customer satisfaction. Indmar was officially awarded the NMMA CSI Award for the fourth consecutive year in a row at the International Boat Builders Exhibition and Conference. Indmar has been a recipient of this prestigious award since the launch of the CSI program in 2001.
More than 600,000 surveys have been sent out to new boat and engine customers since the inception of the CSI program. The surveys allow participating manufacturers to monitor customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis and to benchmark themselves against the industry and their competitors. The NMMA's survey results confirm that Indmar takes pride in building marine engines for the long run. Indmar's efforts to set the industry standard with cutting edge, inboard power technologies that outperform & outlast competitive brands is paying off.
