Tige Boats Receives NMMA Awards For Customer Satisfaction
ABILENE, TX – October 31, 2005 – Tigé Boats received the 2005 National Marine Manufacturers Association CSI recognition Award for Excellence in customer satisfaction. In ceremonies held last week in conjunction with the IBEX industry conference in Miami Fla., NMMA recognized Tigé for superior customer service in the “Inboard Tournament Ski boat” segment of the industry.
In addition to exemplary customer service, Tigé was also recognized for its commitment to quality and its support of industry efforts to enhance the consumer boating experience.

Tigé has maintained excellent customer satisfaction scores since it began participating in the NMMA program in February of 2004. During the first quarter of ’05, Tigé placed well above the average CSI mark for inboard boat manufacturers who participate in the NMMA CSI program in the categories of overall boat satisfaction, engine satisfaction and overall dealer satisfaction.
Tigé utilizes feedback from its customers and dealer network when designing new products and modifications for current boats. These figures objectively verify Tigé’s high quality, unmatched versatility and commitment to the customer.
Boat buyers of participating manufacturers receive a customer satisfaction survey after purchasing their boat. The NMMA then compiles the results of the surveys for the boat manufacturers that participate in the NMMA CSI program.
