The new film from Sidewayz Films called "Such Is Life" will make its global premiere at Wakestock's Billabong Pro Rider Party on Thursday August 11th at The Opera House in Toronto. The evening is the official kick-off party to Wakestock and will be attended by all the pro athletes.
"Such Is Life" was shot all around North America in places such as The Projects, the Florida Keys, California, Georgia and Idaho. The new film also includes a huge section from last year’s Wakestock. Riders featured in the video include Danny Hampson, Keith Lyman, Brian Grubb, Scott Byerly, Pat Panakos, Keith Lidberg, George Daniels, Phillip Soven, Ben Greenwood and Jeff Weatherall.
This will be Sidewayz’ first full feature release since "All or Nothing" and Ronn Seidenglanz, the director and chief cinematographer is pumped on his new release.
"This film is more soulful than others and I really tried to portray the wakeboarding lifestyle. I thought about this film a lot and I really hope that everyone who watches it actually feels something from it instead of just watching it as a wakeboard video” comments Ronn.
The crew from Sidewayz will be onsite filming all the action at Wakestock 2005.
