New York, N.Y. — TransWorld WAKEBOARDING announced today the promotion of Shawn Perry to editor-in-chief of the sport’s-leading publication. Perry, who previously served as the publication’s senior editor, brings a wealth of industry knowledge and editorial experience to the magazine.
“Shawn has lived and breathed the wakeboarding lifestyle for more than a decade,” said Rhonda Mock, TransWorld WAKEBOARDING’S publisher. “His passion for the sport, coupled with his editorial background, makes him the ideal editor-in-chief for TransWorld WAKEBOARDING, and I have no doubt the magazine will flourish under his leadership.”
During Perry’s tenure at TransWorld WAKEBOARDING, the magazine has reached new heights, including increased readership and the development of content-rich social channels on Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
